Former NFL general manager, Mike Tannenbaum, expressed his willingness to reach out to Brady’s agent via Twitter if he were in charge of the Jets’ operations.
Shannon Sharpe chimed in on “First Take” on September 12, saying, “I’m reaching out to Tom Brady… We’ve got $25 million on the table for you. Can you come and give us a boost?”
Longtime NFL columnist Gary Myers echoed the sentiment, urging the Jets to make the call to Brady on Twitter.
